Booking procedure and cancellation policy
Please provide us with any specific information or requests you may have to help us guarantee your time with us to be as safe and enjoyable as possible.
- We will contact you by phone within 24hrs of receiving your submitted information.
- Payment information will be taken over the phone, but not processed until the day of the activity.
- In order to provide you with a refund all cancellations must be made before 24hrs of your reservation/tour time.
- Any cancellations within 24 hrs of your reservation/rental, unfortunately can not be refunded.
